The Wilmette Public Library is pleased to offer school library cards for district schools. Wilmette and Kenilworth schools may apply for an annual school library card that allows teachers to request and check out library materials from the Wilmette Public Library for their classrooms without using their personal library cards. There is no physical card, just a number for the school’s account which the Library will keep on file, as well as a list of approved school staff who may use it.

School cards may not be used for placing holds, checking out non-Wilmette items, or logging into library databases and download/streaming services.
