Study Rooms
We offer a total of seven study rooms available for public reservation up to a week in advance. Four rooms on the second floor are listed by color, and three on the lower level are listed by number. Each study room seats up to four people.
Study Room Reservation Guidelines:
- Advance reservations require a valid Wilmette Public Library account in good standing.
- Study rooms may be booked once a day, for a maximum of two hours, as early as 7 days in advance.
- Reservations will be held for 15 minutes after the start time, after which the room will be released to other users.
When you arrive for your reservation, check in at one of the public service desks. In order to claim the room, you will need to present the same library card that was used to place the reservation – either the physical card or a digital image such as one loaded into your Wilmette Public Library app. A key card will be checked out to your account and must be returned at the end of your reservation.
Though patrons with a card from partner libraries are not eligible to make a reservation in advance, they may inquire at a service desk for walk-in availability.
