    Featuring the award-winning quintet, Axiom Brass, Celestial Suite is a multimedia show with narration, astronomy visuals, and live music. The show explores the beautiful rings of Saturn, the most distant galaxies in the universe, the mysteries hidden within black holes, and more! Celestial Suite was developed by Kyle Kremer through the Cosmos in Concert initiative in Northwestern University's Center for Interdisciplinary Exploration and Research in Astrophysics (CIERA).

  • Astonomy for Everyone: Size and Scale of the Universe

    An exciting family program (adult oriented) for ages 8 to 100 about the universe from the very small to the very large that lasts approximately 1 ½ hours. Following our indoor formal presentation, we all go outdoors to view celestial objects in the night sky through a powerful telescope, such as the rings of Saturn, craters on the Moon, etc., weather permitting.

  • This Means War! Domestic Politics and Life During World War II

    World War II changed the United States in fundamental ways politically, economically, and socially. However, from the first German tanks rolling across Europe to the last U.S. bombings over Japan, Americans debated the nature and extent of US involvement as well as its consequences for the home front. Exploring major issues from the Lend-Lease Act and Japanese internment to price controls and the G.I.
